Pegs and Arrows - Random!

First up - The Photo of the Day prompt word for yesterday was Arrow.
Kieran and I saw plenty whilst we buzzed about town but we thought it would be fun to use his body instead so we took this when we got home!

Secondly I thought I'd share my Altered pegs! Yet another project I've been wanting to do for an age so here we are.

Ingredients used:
Wooden Pegs
Paint (any really - I had some leftover Homebase Matte Driftwood)
Assorted Rubber Stamps & Archival Black Ink
oooh and a Sharpie Pen ;)

Firstly grab some old wooden pegs off the washing line (if you're a bad girl - like me) or (if you're a good girl!) grab some wooden pages out of your peg bag from the shed/garage.
Paint away to your hearts content and set aside to dry...

Grab some assorted cute stamps and permanent ink (I used Ranger Archival)
Stamp away to your hearts content!!!

The best thing here is if you smudge, just paint right over it ;)
Also, if a few spots get missed grab your handy fine nib Sharpie pen (a true godsend)

Then, whilst you have your Sharpie handy why not start doodling the sides? This wasn't my intention at the start of this project but hey!

And here are a few more shots, I had a great time!

What did you craft today?
I'd love to here. Thanks for dropping by!
